We were pleased to be able to share the results of our meat research, carried out through the University of Newcastle, on Australia’s premier agricultural current affairs television program, ABC Landline.
The segment aired on Sunday, March 30, 2025, with reporter, Tim Lee, producing a well-balanced report about where the Speckle Park breed fits in the Australian beef industry and culinary landscape. We were grateful to have University of Newcastle Professor in Animal and Veterinary Science, Prof. Aduli EO Malau-Aduli, travel across from Newcastle to also be interviewed for the segment. Together with a leading chef from inner-Melbourne, and a livestock agent, these independent voices added real credibility to the segment. You can watch the segment here:
